Music Time: how it works<\/strong><\/h3>\n

GENERAL RULES<\/strong><\/p>\n

The event begins with a preparatory phase in which participants register and are divided into teams. Each team receives a wireless button panel to participate in the game. <\/p>\n

A professional presenter conducts the event involving the various teams competing for fun and to win.<\/p>\n

The event organizer may arrange symbolic prizes or awards for the 2 winning teams of the 2 heats.<\/p>\n

All questions and interactive games are projected on a big screen to provide a multimedia experience for participants. The system processes results in real time, creating scores and rankings that make the competition even more exciting. <\/p>\n

CUSTOMIZATION AND SETTING <\/strong><\/p>\n

You can customize the content and mode of the event through several options:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Number of heats and number of questions per heat: one to three heats can be determined and the duration of the event can be modulated as needed.<\/li>\n
  • Resetting scores between heats: it is possible to choose whether to reset scores to zero at the end of the first heat or to add them up for the second heat, so that teams start with the same scores obtained.<\/li>\n
  • Challenge mode: you can configure the challenge as individual (with one hand control for each participant), team (with one hand control per team) or group (with one hand control for each group member).<\/li>\n
  • Participant registration: registration can be scheduled prior to the event or done on-site, either anonymously or by name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You can also insert a custom slide at the beginning of the Format, anticipating the event with a custom message or image.<\/p>\n

    FORMAT AND CONTENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The event is structured into two heats of play, each of which includes different elements:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Music videos to engage the audience in singing and dancing.<\/li>\n
    • Questions to recognize songs as quickly as possible.<\/li>\n
    • Interactive games such as “Crazy Radio,” “Photopuzzle,” “Music Box,” “Singers’ Race,” and “Pawn Wheel.”<\/li>\n
    • Video questions, audio questions, and arcade game.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Answers to the questions can be displayed simultaneously or sequentially, and after each question the results and partial ranking can be displayed.<\/p>\n

      RANKING AND RESULTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

      After each question, a results screen is displayed showing the scores obtained for that specific question. The ranking is updated in real time, showing participants in order from lowest score to highest score. <\/p>\n

      The last 5 questions of each round are “in the dark,” that is, without showing the correct results after the answers. This adds suspense and increases excitement as teams try to guess correctly. <\/p>\n

      At the end of each heat, a partial leaderboard is displayed and scores are updated to reflect correct answers. During the interval between heats, partial rankings can be displayed and create additional suspense for participants. <\/p>\n

      At the end of the event, the winning team is proclaimed based on the total scores accumulated during the two heats. Special prizes or awards may also be given for additional categories such as “Best Team,” “Best Singer,” or “Best Dancer.” <\/p>\n

      TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

      To carry out the event, an appropriate audiovisual system is needed, including:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Big screen or projector to display the music videos, questions and interactive games.<\/li>\n
      • Wireless push buttons for teams or participants.<\/li>\n
      • Appropriate audio equipment to broadcast the music videos and questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        To manage the event, a technical support team may be needed to set up and manage the audiovisual system and to monitor the results in real time.<\/p>\n

        CRAZY RADIO.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        With this game, the sound atmosphere of Karaoke is reproduced, except that the radio from which the songs are broadcast is an old-fashioned device that sometimes sends a weak signal.<\/p>\n

        Teams compete individually, and at the end of the broadcast song sequence, questions related to the tune just heard will appear on the screen.<\/p>\n

        The Music Box, inspired by formats such as “Il Musichiere” and “Sarabanda,” is an arcade containing 4 musical mini-games designed to test one’s musical knowledge.<\/p>\n

        The arcade is won by the first
        group of teams to reach 3 or 5 coins. Each minigame is reservation-based, and each team is part of a group; whoever books first has a chance to answer and thus
        win the coin. <\/p>\n

        The Photopuzzle is a game that encompasses skill, knowledge and quick thinking.
        Players must try to guess who is the character, of the photo behind the puzzle.<\/p>\n

        At first all the pieces of the puzzle are covered; slowly one piece at a time is revealed, allowing a glimpse of the character or object in the picture below.<\/p>\n
